At first, I was nervous to start counselling but knew I needed to because I didn’t want to get any worse. Making plans in counselling helped me join the group work, I felt reassured enough to come and join in with the sessions at the project.
I feel like At One really helps me because I have counselling so can talk about how I feel and why I am anxious and group work means I am mixing with other people and realising that I am not alone.
I know setting myself tasks each week like going to the shop will help me feel less anxious and the more I do this the better I will feel.
