You will have the ability to actively assist and encourage residents in maintaining and adhering to their accommodation agreement and helping them focus upon their responsibilities whilst accessing our service.

With the ability to encourage residents to participate in everyday tasks including basic living skills, education options and skills training you will work as part of a reactive team providing residents with health and wellbeing support through meaningful, engaging activities.
