Netball Coach

This is more than just coaching ; it is about creating an environment where players feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best. You will have the opportunity to shape, not only sporting skills but also teamwork, resilience, and confidence which extends beyond the court.

What we are looking for :    

• A passion for netball and player development, with coaching experience / qualification (desirable but not essential.)
• Ability to plan and deliver fun, engaging, and progressive sessions providing a supportive, motivational, and team-focused approach.
• Someone who can inspire players to push themselves while keeping training enjoyable.

HOURS OF WORK

• Due to the fluid nature of the hours, working to a sessional zero hour agreement.
• This role would ideally suit students and part time workers.
• In addition we have the option to provide work placement for those currently studying.

SESSIONAL RATE OF PAY 

• £12.60 per hour + £1.52 rolled up leave allowance
