Night Concierge

As a Night Concierge within our main supported living accommodation, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, calm, and supportive environment is provided for residents during overnight hours. Working in accommodation supporting individuals with complex needs, your role will provide a reassuring presence, managing security and safety procedures, whilst supporting the wellbeing of residents.

You will have the skills to respond to issues appropriately and in accordance with YMCA safeguarding and support protocols, through the monitoring of our out of hours, and CCTV systems across each of our accommodation sites.

This role requires emotional resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a calm, measured approach to challenging situations.

HOURS OF WORK

• Monday to Friday : 10.00 pm - 8.00 am 
• Saturday & Sunday : 8.00 pm - 8.00 am 
• working to a rolling rota aligned to the contracted hours. 

CONTRACTED HOURS

• 18.5 hours per week 
• £13.10 per hour (£12,602.00 per annum)
