Working as part of the Housing and Welfare Team this ‘twilight hours’ role will ideally suit individuals looking for a rewarding evening and weekend role.  With shift patterns tailored to provide a seamless link between the teams working days and nights within the organisation.

Hours & Salary:

The salary for this role will be based upon £12.00 per hour. 

This key role works to a 20 hours per week permanent contract based upon a 4-week rota consisting of:

  • Two weeks Monday to Friday 6.00pm – 10.00pm
  • Two weeks of two 6.00pm – 10.00pm including either a Saturday or Sunday 8.00am – 8.00pm

Role Responsibility.  

You will have the adaptability to assist and encourage residents in maintaining their accommodation agreements, forging healthy relationships with fellow residents, and assisting with key life skills which will support them in their future progression.      

As there may be times when you may be faced with challenging behaviours, a knowledge of restorative practice techniques, good sense, and sound judgement in practical matters, plus a mature outlook would be advantageous for this role.
