Parent and Baby Fitness Class

On Monday 20th February in our parent, baby and toddler group we were joined by Charlotte who delivered a free parent and baby fitness class.

This class was suitable for babies from 3 months up to pre walkers, and worked on increasing fitness levels, repairing weakened muscles, improving posture, strength and toning. The aim of the class was for parents to engage with their baby throughout, which is a fun bonding experience and can help combat postnatal symptoms.

One parent said, “Charlotte was really informative and knowledgeable.”

Another said, “there are no groups like this locally, we really enjoyed it and will be back if it runs again.”
