YMCA Humber Invites Tenders for Organisational Safeguarding Review

YMCA Humber is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to undertake a comprehensive Organisational Safeguarding Review.

This routine review helps ensure the charity continues to meet its safeguarding responsibilities and remains compliant, transparent, and committed to continuous improvement across all areas of its work.

The successful reviewer will be expected to carry out a full assessment of YMCA Humber’s safeguarding systems, processes, and culture – engaging with staff, leadership and trustees – before producing a detailed report and action plan for improvement.

Expressions of interest should outline relevant qualifications and experience, proposed methodology, and a full price proposal. The deadline for submissions is Friday 31st October 2025, with the successful applicant notified by Monday 10th November 2025.
