Community Housing

Our first Community Housing Project opened its doors in March 2010 in the heart of central Grimsby. In March 2021 this house received an uplift and was transformed into a four-bed house for young parents and their babies.

Our second community house provides accommodation and support for both males and females.

Housing First

We have two housing first properties which:

  • Gives people who have experienced homelessness and chronic health and social care needs, a stable home from which to rebuild their lives.
  • Provides intensive, person-centred, holistic support that is open-ended.
  • Places no conditions on individuals; however, they should desire to have a tenancy.

Care Leavers

This property is specifically for 16 and 17 year old care leavers, providing them with a safe place to live.

Our coaches work to support residents with independent living skills, encourage them to look at options for education or employment, and provide support in areas of their life they struggle with. As well as getting them ready to live independently when they turn 18.

All of our properties have dedicated and experienced coaches who complete sessions with all residents to identify their long-term goals and aspirations. The coach will then support and guide the residents to achieve these goals in order to move onto independent living.

Each property offers a shared living area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom along with garden space.
