Complaints Handling
As we strive to provide the best service for our community, we hope that you will be satisfied with the facilities and the work provided to you by YMCA Humber.
However we know that things can go wrong, and we are always looking to improve, which is why, if you have a concern, suggestion or a complaint, we would like to hear from you.


How to submit a complaint :
Individuals can log their complaint by :
- Using the below form submit in writing your complaint to our People and Policy Manager.

What to expect when submitting a complaint :
- Our policy, sets out what will happen when you submit a complaint including how complaints are recorded.
- Our policy affirms our commitment to resolving complaints at the first point of contact, using feedback to improve our services.
Complaints Performance and Review Processes:
- We comply with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Code, providing high quality and regulated standard for handling complaints.
- We provide an Annual Self Assessment ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with the code.
- We provide an annual report to the Board of Trustees who review our complaints performance 2025 Complaint Performance & Improvement Report
