Youth Work Apprenticeship vacancies

July 6, 2016

WE have two exciting opportunities to join the youth work apprenticeship team that works across North East Lincolnshire.

If you are aged 18-24 and interested in youth work then we could have the perfect opportunity for you.

If you are committed to your local area and want to make things better for young people, as well as being a voice for your friends, then a youth work apprenticeship could be the ideal opportunity.

Youth Partnership North East Lincolnshire is a consortium that has been set up to provide universal youth work services across North East Lincolnshire.

The Partnership is made up of community organisations including YMCA, Centre 4, Oasis Academies Wintringham and Immingham, Franklin College, Lincs Inspire, Get Hooked on Positive Activities and Shalom Youth Centre.

The Partnership are now advertising for two youth apprentices to join our team. The successful applicant will be based at YMCA Humber’s Peaks Lane site but will support the development of youth hubs across North East Lincolnshire, with our partners and youth and community team.

In addition apprentices will have the opportunity to be enrolled on an NVQ in Youth Work to provide them with the knowledge needed to fulfil their roles, and start them on the journey of a career in youth work.

Please see the details below for more information. If you you are the right person and would like to apply. Please complete an expression of interest and return it to John Manton by 31 July 2016.
