Community Fun Day

Join YMCA Humber for a free Community Fun day, taking place in the East Marsh.

YMCA Humber are inviting the local community to their free Community Fun Day on Friday 14^th August, 12pm – 4pm, taking place at the Multi-Use-Games-Area on Kent Street (DN32 7DJ).

The event will consist of music and live entertainment from a local brass band, East Marsh United Peace Choir and our very own youth club! We will also have a variety of free games and activities for everyone to get involved in, for example PL kicks will be attending the event with their inflatable darts board. Throughout the event we will have a variety of food and refreshments available and we will be hosting a tombola, creating a fun-filled afternoon for everyone of all ages.

In June, YMCA hosted a BINGO evening for the community and through this fundraiser, along with name card sales, YMCA were delighted to announce they raised £775. As a thank you to the community for their support, all money raised is going back into the community by making all activities on the day free for everyone to enjoy.

We are excited to be bringing people together for a day of fun, and activities that everyone can enjoy."

The event is open to everyone and is an opportunity for the wider community to come together, learn more about the work of YMCA Humber, and discover the fantastic projects and partnerships that make a positive difference across our local area.

Our aim is not only to raise awareness of the services and support we provide but also to celebrate everything we have achieved over the years.
